Integrative Therapy for Individuals, Couples and Relationships

About

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work providing integrative therapy through Brooklyn Integrative Psychological Services. My approach is informed by research, neuroscience, and mindfulness, blending various therapeutic tools to meet your unique goals and challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and those in alternative relationship structures, tailoring therapy to fit your needs.

For those seeking targeted sex therapy, I offer virtual sessions through the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

I believe growth and well-being come from deepening our understanding of ourselves while applying practical, custom-fit skills. Our therapeutic relationship is built through a collaborative process, creating a space that is accepting, inclusive, and non-judgmental—where we can explore, gain new insights, and partner in building your map to feeling empowered in your daily life.

My approach is person-centered, holistic and integrative, incorporating attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic work, neuroscience, and trauma-informed modalities, with experience in the kink/BDSM, ENM/CNM, poly, queer/non-straight, and GNC communities.

Some topics I work with include:

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Life stressors and transitions

  • Relationship challenges and attachment injuries

  • Difficulties with communication

  • Codependency

  • Maladaptive coping

  • Identity exploration and LGBTQIA+ issues

  • Difficulties with loneliness and isolation
