How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration.

How much do you charge?

I offer sliding scale pricing based on current financials. Please contact for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations, Missed Sessions and Rescheduling: 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or when rescheduling for a different time. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or are missed, will be charged the full regular fee for that appointment.

What is your payment policy?

Fee is due the same day of the session.

Do you take insurance?

I accept Aetna insurance through Brooklyn Integrative Psychological Services and can provide a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits.

What populations do you work with?

I work with a wide array of adult clients from varying backgrounds, including women, men and gender diverse individuals, with a commitment to practicing identity affirming care with cultural humility.

What services do you provide?

I currently provide individual, couples and relationships therapy that is built on establishing an accepting, non-judgmental and trusting therapeutic relationship. Fostering an environment of acceptance and empowerment. My objective is to support clients in meeting their goals and moving through life's challenges with neuroscience informed psychotherapy that offers psychoeducation, with the incorporation of somatic and breath-work through a trauma-informed lens.
